Best first step is to simply post good images here for opinions.  There are a lot of experienced people here and best of all the opinions are free.  There are at least two Doubled Die Obverses for the 69 S cent.  One is VERY obvious and worth a good deal.  The other is very minor, will hardly show in image and is not worth much at all.  And then you have the problem hat the 1969 S cent is plagued with Machine Doubling which tends to fool a lot of beginners into thinking they have a Doubled Die.  But a Machine Doubling coin is clearly different to a experienced person and can be easily identified from images.  If you post images here and get opinions that it IS the major DD, then we can discuss how to get it authenticated and graded.
