Getting a Limited Editon Silver Proof Set Slabbed

What are the requirements to get a limited edition silver proof set slabbed (with the proper attribution? Must they be in the unopened, sealed shipping box that I received from the mint (which I would assume any proof sets purchased elsewhere)? Also how does one just get a few of the coins graded (silver eagle and half dollar) and not the rest of the coins.

In order to submit directly yourself, you would need to become a paid member of ours with at least the Associate Membership level.  Once you have done that you will then have access to our submission forms that you will need to fill out and send with your coins.
