2019 Silver Pandas 1st day of issue

Hello,

Can someone tell me why EBAY and or NGC are removing listings for the 2019 S10Y Panda in 1st Day Variety ?

I purchased a few from a New York Based dealer, went on EBAY to chaeck tracking and it says "unavailable Removed Item". 

I called the dealer and he said that NGC will not have 1st day Panda's this year so EBAY cancelled all the listing. This can't be true, because I have 3

1st day pieces in hand. Any info will be appreciated.

Hello BP,

 

This deal was pre-selling First Day of Issue 2019 Silver Pandas but was unaware that he would not be able to purchase coins with this designation from a wholesaler. Because there is no way these coins could have been delivered we requested that these listings be removed.
