Perhaps it's just the lighting you're using, but I'm just not seeing enough of the red color you will need to score an MS67. The obverse is nice, but the reverse could use a little help. Have you compared it to NGC 3779009-001, yet? I'm surprised that that coin didn't get the "*" (star) designation.
