1967 Kennedy with mint mark

Considering NONE of the 1967 had mintmarks punched into them there would be no mintmark to remove.  Also mintmarks weren't moved to the obv until 1968 so if there was a mintmark it would be on the reverse.

Conder is correct.  What you have is a coin with a well-placed contact mark where a mint mark would be located on a 1968 or later coin.  Nothing worth any premium over the silver value of the coin.
