Is there any 1937 is that look like this that could be counterfeit because this one was in my grandfathers collection and hoping that it’s authentic

I dont believe it is counterfeit the 1937 isnt a very sought after coin , you would have to have the shiny extreme mint condition one for it to hold any value, worth about 1cent i would say sorry..
