Thank you for your post. Unfortunately, only our Authorized Dealers are able to drop off to our facility as we are closed to the public for security reasons. The items would need to be submitted through an Authorized dealer or mailed in to our facility. Since you are a paid member with us it may be best to send through the mail as authorized dealers may charge a handling fee.
