1901 V Nickel Die

Would anyone be willing to point me in the right direction with a link or site in terms of this die?  Origin, usage, scarcity, historical significance, anything.

With a mintage of over 26 million coins, there were a number of dies used, (in fact, there were two different reverse hubs) so I am not sure which one you are asking about, but NGC has some info HERE
