No. If anything, it might be a detractor from a real high grade piece. It's a minor imperfection in minting, nothing more.

Something that detracts from (decreases) appeal and value. In other words, rather than being happy to see it and thinking it makes the coin better, considering it a bummer. This is pretty much our world in the numismatic hobby: examining coins for bummers.

The rim being wider on one side is the result of the die being misaligned to one side (assuming the reverse is normal).  Misaligned dies such as the ones you have are common and have no value unless the die is so far off that part of the design is off the edge of the coin,
