1992 Mexican Gold Libertad

I got this coin from a friend but it looks like a gold 1/10 proof or BU not sure.... Just trying to find out if anyone knows if they made a proof or BU in this year...  Surely its not silver? Help please

The word "Plata" on the obverse means silver. They made silver proof tenth ounces, they did not make gold proofs. 

This does have a gold colored appearance, however, which leads me to believe that there is a high chance it has been gold plated - effectively ruining any premium the coin may have.
