Bob, I can't believe I am saying this, I disagree. I have a quarter with a similar flaw that looks identical to the quarter used on the error ref site for an Internally Split Clad Layer- aiy! Nevermind. '44 Lincolns aren't clad. I will shut my mouth now. Ah, I can't do it... if it goes all the way through to the Reverse couldn't it be a Cracked Planchet? Or possibly a Bi Level Die Crack? It looks a little bit raised on one side of it and at the top of the head it appears to be like offset.  I'd like to see the other side. I am still learning too, after all.
