Best way on getting all 50 state coins?

I want to obtain all 50 state coins from 99-09 (iirc). I have about half of the states. What is the cheapest way possible to obtain the remaining ones?
I work overseas and only have a limited time before going back, and wont have a chance to get any when i leave the US.

Aside from the obvious answer of pulling them from circulation, which would require searching lots of rolls and a whole bunch of good luck, I would think attending a coin show would give you the best chance of finding all the remaining pieces at the lowest price.
