I have a approximately 20 rolls of 1960 penny's.   I at first didn't think that they were anything.   They are in hard plastic rolls, with screw off tops.  They have a very shiny luster and are extremely detailed.   I have been doing some reading and if the are small date uncirculated proofs.   I may have something to hold on to.  Is this correct?  How do I know exactly what I have?  Can someone please explain this to me.  Are there any interested parties that would be interested in purchasing them?
