Penny value. I have a 1964 Philadelphia mint penny and need to get it graded for resale. I am new to all this. and could use some advise on what to do

Welcome to the forum.  Unless you are positive that your Lincoln cent will grade MS67 or higher, it would not be worth the cost to have it graded. MS66  examples are currently selling on EBay for under $20.
