Thank you for your question. To submit directly to NGC for grading you will need to upgrade from a free to a paid membership. I copied the link to the grading tiers and pricing page below. The coin may qualify for the Economy Tier if it is valued less than $300. If it is over $300 and under $3,000 it would be placed on the Early Bird tier. Please note that altered, not genuine, and questionable authenticity coins are charged the full grading fee as they are evaluated by multiple experts.
