I am not going to attempt to give a grade for your 10 Reis coin, but I can point you to a link with a range of prices. Perhaps someone more familiar with the particulars of grading this issue can grade it accurately for you, and then you can compare the grade to the prices listed here: LINK

I'd grade it F. Guide says $5, dealer would probably give $2-3 for it and sell it for $5.

Detail might be a F, but the surfaces appear to have been cleaned with some pretty heavy hairlining on the right obv.
