Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, your image did not load. In order for NGC to authenticate and grade a coin we must have it in hand as we are not able to provide definitive advice via online images. To submit coins directly to NGC you must upgrade from a free to a paid membership or you can submit directly through an NGC authorized dealer in your area. You may also benefit from bringing the coin to a few local coin dealers as they may be able to provide an opinion once they see the coin in hand.
