Nelson Mandela inauguration R5

Hi, I have a nelson mandela inauguration R5. I contacted few coin dealers in SA and I was told it must be brand new but mine was circulated and touched. So I wanna know if you grade such coins? The condition is still fine.

Thank you for your question. We are able to grade both circulated and uncirculated coins. NGC grades most coins struck 1600 to date (or 1300 to date for Western Europe) as well as many tokens and medals. For more information on the coins we grade please follow the link below.
