which grade is correct?

I have submitted and finally received coin from NGC. 

but coin has different grade from NGC's system.

see the picture below.

I received 69 coin same invoice number has 70 in NGC's system.

I sent many email to NGC's help in their homepage but got no answer.

Please explain me what happen to my coin.

I want to change my coin to 70 grade same as NGC's system.

Can I send this coin to NGC? to correct?

Please let me know.
