I think this might be mint state but I would appreciate your input.

The photo is out of focus to an eyeball maddening degree, (i.e. It hurts my eyes to look at it.), but from what I can see of the luster, I believe that it is Mint State. Given the photo I would not venture a guess as to a Mint State number.
