Does this WS Quarter have a Rev Strike Through and maybe a die chip as well?

Hey again. I'm on a roll today Y'all! This one seems to have ecery possible error EXCEPT the extra leaf. I'm hoping that this has a Strike Through under the F on the Rev. It does go under the top left corner of the F stamp. If it is it's my 1st! I'm not sure about the tips of the banner on the rt side. There are others but nothing really interesting. Ima post one more, I hope you don't mind. Thanks!
