Cleaned or not?

Very hard to tell from the photos. There seem to be just the hint of horizontal whiz lines on the right-hand one, but those normally would be too fine to show up in photos of this sort, and those could easily be something else. The tell that usually tips me off is color, and I don't think the color shows it in these photos. Nice detail on the left-hand one.

It is often impossible to say for certain from an image because you can't be sure if the image the person sees on this side of the screen sees the same thing you see on your side.  Differences in color and lighting of the coin can make worlds of difference in what we see.  Have said that, the coin on the right (on my screen) definitely looks cleaned.  The one on the left looks much more natural.
