1992 p CAM RARE NEED HELP

I have done all the research I can and I have compared this penny with many others in my collection and online and I'm 90% sure that it's a real 1992 Pennsylvania close am. However I am not a professional coin collector and just want confirmation before I try to find a reputable coin dealer near me. I have not been able to find a coin dealer near me that seems to have a good review or trustworthy review any help would be great. Thank you for your help

Ahhh. I see. But I do believe it to be a double die on reverse and obverse. . . I am not a 100% sure if on both but it is on the obverse in the year for certain.

What I'm seeing on your coin is die deterioration doubling.
