Can't tell from the pic whether it's been cleaned or re-zinced, or how the surfaces are. If it were a really really great uncleaned piece with great surfaces, uncirculated, it could get up into double digit dollars. If you found it in a car, odds of that are fairly long, but the photo is not sharp and the reverse is not shown. If it were anything worth having, you definitely wouldn't want to be handling it with your bare fingers.
