Nicely Toned 1832 Capped bust half - Damage

I have a 1832 Capped bust that has very nice toning but has the obvious graffiti on the obverse.  Asking $85 shipped (reasonable offers considered).  I put it at VF as far as grade, but you all are better at guessing than I
