Coin grading software

I am relatively new to  coin collecting. I gave inherited a bunch of coins of varying degrees of value and rarity. I an attempt to ascertain their value I used a coin grading software that I purchased. I did not find it user friendly and the customer service was not good. Can anyone recocommend a coin grading software?
