What does it take to add new countries for Medal grading

Norway is not on you list for submitting Medals, so what would it take to get on that list?  There are several books cataloging Norwegian medals, so the information is there.  I guess also this is the case for collectors of other countries not on your list.  Is it anything we can do to push this issue?
