free software to crop pictures in circles

A while back I asked this question and got some good responses. Actually used one, however my computer crashed and I can not remember the name of the one I was using.....anybody got suggestions?

Are you using a Canon camera? The Digital Photo Professional program that comes with them has a circle crop function. If you are using a non-Canon camera, you can download DPP from Canon website. It is an excellent editing program and is the only program I use.
