MS70 1989-D Congress $.50 -- Anyone Know Whereabouts?

This pop. 1 coin, the 1989-D Congress half dollar in NGC MS70, is not in any of the top modern commemorative Registry Sets that I have looked at (the #2-finest half dollar set is obscured, so there is no way to know about that one). If anyone knows who owns this coin and can provide contact information, please email me at bowena3@comcast.net. At the very least, please pass along my email address to the coin's owner and let him or her know of my interest in discussing the coin, so that the owner can contact me if they would like to do so.

I don't know who has the first one, but...

 

another one sold on ebay last week. the picture of the slab had a new ngc label, so I figure the population report should now say 2 (it's said 1 for a long time, so the first example should have an older label).

 

no, I dont remember who bought it.
