Errors?

 

Recently submitted two coins for grading to NGC as error coins. Surprise neither got the certification that they should have received. The first coin came out of an ICG capsule (thought I would have it NGC certified) the NGC certification is 2692048-011 please look it up on the certification tool and give me your thoughts as to how it was certified. The second coin has a clear struck thru wire on liberties neck the NGC certification for it can also be looked up on the NGC certification tool certification is 2692048-007 (It came directly out of a mint capsule). Guess for me once my yearly membership to NGC is up I will be going back to PCGS>
