Commerative Medals Info needed

Hello:

 

I am looking for any information on the attached commemorative medals. I know that they are all over on ebay, and I believe they were minted in the 60s or 70s. But I can not seem to find anyone who knows any history on them.

 

What private mint made the medals? Are they 60's or 70's era? etc.

Anything known would be greatly appreciated.
