Why hasn't the early release clock been started on the silver proof libertads....all weights have been released from the mint. Other than the APMEX reverse proof special.

Thanks for your question. We normally post the cutoff dates when we receive the coins (or sometimes the next business day). We received these coins today and the cutoff dates have been added to our website.
