Express or walkthrough?

ATS with all the people now waiting around a month and a half on economies, some people pay express or walkthrough and get fast service:

My guess the three days must have been walkthrough. I can see it for a couple of the coins but not for all of them. How common is it for submitters to pay the top tier on coins that aren't worth over $1000? Or maybe it is a test of the saying "you can't outgive God" as phony as it is, especially when you are talking about the imperfect science of grading.

Makes you wonder if possibly they might deliberately "delay" the economy tier submissions to encourage higher fee submissions.

Possibly an invoice is rated at order entry time according to values assigned to submitted coins vs. tier. If the amount paid by customer is going to be out of line with likely value after graded, at least the order gets sped up.

Like Pavlov's dogs I sometimes get excited over raw coins and expedite them. But seldom does the faster turn-arounds translate into increased benefit.
