Would this be designated an error coin?

Hello,

 

I intend to send in a coin identical to this one:

Would the coin above recieve a mint error designation for the die crack on the reverse as It does not seem to be included in the recognized errors and was wondering if I checked the box for mint error and paid for the service, and it came back without an error designation, would I be refunded?

Thanks for your question. We would not include an error designation for this coin. The error is not significant enough to merit the designation.
