Last year of spelled out brown label?

Hi, I've been compiling silver eagles for my set and I have both the brown spelled out Numismatic Guaranty Corporation labels and the gold/brown NGC labels. I've been looking all over but can't find when the last year of the spelled out labels were used. Does anyone know? Last I have found online is 2008 from what I can see. I'm trying to keep my sets with the same labels, I'm weird like that.
