Improperly cleaned - conserving?

In order to be encapsulated in an NCS Details Grade of Genuine holder, a coin must be free of active surface contaminants. Undesirable toning may still be present on a coin encapsulated by NCS which could potentially be conserved. Most likely, however, the coin is in its best state in terms of both active residues and appearance when it goes into and NCS holder. You are welcome to submit your coin if you feel there may be issues which conservation can address.
