In the NGC Coin Explorer, when you scroll down to Auction Prices Realized, typically you'll see something like:

 

3/3/16 - NGC $1057.50

Lot# 7354 - HA

 

Question:

 

Is this price listed inclusive of the Buyer's Premium?

 

It seems that the answer may be yes, because if you divide $1057.50 by 1.175, a nice round number of $900.00 results, which would seem like an actual bid from somebody.

 

So, just want a little confirmation on this.
