Submission pricing/discount

5 posts in this topic

I am thinking about sending in 64 Buffalo Nickels for grading, this is a set minus the 37D three leg (already graded). Is there a special label available and would this order qualify for a discount?

Thanks

Mike

I bet NGC could answer your question.

(Are the 64 coins worth more than the authentication fees and postage?)

There are top submitters able to get fantastic volume discounts. Last summer I got a call from PCGS that was looking for more bulk submissions and was offering grading fees way under $10 for certain coins in bulk. I have never had 100 or more of a type worth submitting.

Woudn't that depend on the answer to the question? :baiting::makepoint:

Well --- if he had a run of proof buffaloes....? or some 1918/7...?
