Would like to know if I can submit NGC certified MS 69 and 70 coins in FDPI holders with white cores and have the cores changed to the black core, would they just go on the regular submission form. Thanks, bigbob

Thanks for your question. The black retro cores are occasionally offered by NGC on a promotional basis. They are not available at this time.
