Looks like a little rub to me, but hard to tell from the pics.; "where's the luster"? I had an old Anacs PanPac G$1 in a 58 holder crossed to 62 at PCGS that I bought from a coin club member. But this one looks circ..

Here is one that is graded MS-64. You might compare your coin to this one.

Getting your coin graded is probably worthwhile. According to the Coin Dealer Newsletter (the "Gray Sheet") the coin is worth at least $420, and you won't get anywhere near that for a raw (ungraded) example.
