Looks like a little rub to me, but hard to tell from the pics.; "where's the luster"? I had an old Anacs PanPac G$1 in a 58 holder crossed to 62 at PCGS that I bought from a coin club member. But this one looks circ..

Sorry, but those are poor pictures upon which to try to provide a meaningful grade guess.

I can't even determine UNC or AU from those pics. If anyone does venture a guess, it will be unreliable at the very best

Sorry, definitely not accustomed to photographing gold and the problem is compounded because the coin's so tiny.

Here is one that is graded MS-64. You might compare your coin to this one.

 

 

Getting your coin graded is probably worthwhile. According to the Coin Dealer Newsletter (the "Gray Sheet") the coin is worth at least $420, and you won't get anywhere near that for a raw (ungraded) example.
