1794 Large Cent S.59 G5

The coin has nice color and detail, but the planchet is porous and has a couple rim dings on the reverse. I doubt it would holder at NGC or PCGS. I've had a couple EAC dealers give me the grade of G5 on it and an offer of $150 from one of them. I'll consider anything over that.

Well, he's welcome any time. He did get to see the coin last weekend. We grilled cheese(burgers) even! He did seem a little nervous around the fire, but I think the beer calmed him down. Woulda thunk that Fosters prevents forest fires? wink.gif
