Are the coins I submitted for grading being returned to me because I did not beat the membership deadline, or is my inability to track the progress of the grading process and to log out of my “member home” coincidental?

Thanks for your question. I see a submission dated 11/30 in our system for you. It is being processed. However, once your paid membership account expires, you no longer have access to the online tracking functionality. You may renew your paid membership to have access to that functionality again or contact customer service at 1.800.NGC.COIN with any questions about your submission.
