That's a cool looking note. I have no idea what it would grade, nor do I have any idea of it's rarity. It's certainly well worn, but if these are scarce, it still might be worth something.

F/VF. Wouldn't straight grade because of the surface ink, etc.. I would keep in mind if after a note has left the mint, it gets issues beyond normal wear, ink, etc., it generally does not straight grade, just check out the Heritage Auctions archives to see where they draw the line.
