hi, i recently sent a coin in to be graded, it came back unbridgeable . it looked au. just wondering why they dont tell you what is wrong with the coin ?

They typically do say why a coin doesn't grade. What were you told, by what means and can you post mages?

it is a 1864-s seated liberty half dollar. I don't know what I am doing wrong but I cant post the pictures.

I haven't heard of that conclusion, without an explanation as to why. I would call customer service and ask them.

Without images, I have no idea why they deemed the coin "not suitable for certification". Again, I would call NGC.
