Is the new standard label (brown label) left justified?

I've seen a few brown label holders with the text left justified rather than centered.

 

Is this the way NGC is labeling now?

We have slowly been transitioning from the old to new label style along with the cores that would accommodate the label size. We expect to reach a point where significant numbers of coins are being encapsulated with the new labels by the end of 2015.
