Variety Plus - Question

HI folks, my very first post from over the big pond. A simple (or is it) question. Is or should a matte proof coin be classed as Variety Plus?

It would not be necessary to select Variety Plus for a Matte Proof. That is not a variety, but a format of manufacture. If that Matte Proof is a doubled die, for instance, then you would need to select Variety Plus.
