Collectorama Coin and Currency Show, Lakeland, FL October 16-18

One week until the October 16-18, 2016 Lakeland, Florida

Collectorama Coin and Currency Show, at The Lakeland Center.

Show looking very strong, plus there will be two other major

events in Lakeland that weekend. The huge Zombie Fest out

by the Airport (30,000 attendance expected) and the Classic

Car Show, around Lake Mirror (35,000 attendance expected).

There will be over 600 restored Classic Cars on display.

The show promoter has placed several stratigic newspaper

ads to help bring new potential customers into the show.

Both of the other two big events are just far enough away

from the Lakeland Center that there should be no parking

problems. Make your restaurant reservations right away.

 

The 59th Semi-Annual Collectorama Coin and Currency Show

asks all attendees to bring along some "numismatic goodies"

to put into the Kid's Bucket. Every youngster, 12 or under,

gets a daily dip into the Kid's Bucket for a Free Hand Full

of Money, and other hobby supplies. This important project

is helping introduce youngsters to all the postive aspects

of our great hobby and our business. It certainly does this,

and the show expects a whole lot more youngsters coming in.

 

The Lakeland Center is located at 701 West Lime Street, just

west of downtown Lakeland, Florida. Mention Collectorama at

the Parking Booth and you will receive Free Parking. Bring

along this notice and you will receive Free Admission. The

show is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, and Saturday,

and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday. There will be hourly door

prizes. While primarily a very good Coin and Currency Show,

Collectorama has a long tradition of welcoming Collectibles

dealers who also bring in all kinds of Neat Collectibles,

Paper Americana, Historical Documents, Confederate and Civil

War Memorabilia, Medals and Tokens, Jewlery, Watches, Sports

Memorabilia, and a wide selection of popular Precious Metals

and Bullion. There will be a virtual museum of America's

Past on display at the show. Bring along your trading hat.

Collectorama is truley an enjoyable show for all the family.

 

Thusdays at Collectorama are for Dealer Setup, and Special

Bourse. Dealers without tables gain entry to the show from

4.p.m. to 8 p.m. with a $25.00 (minimum) donation to Florida

Youth Villa (Bartow). A business card and sales tax number

are required. Just a few tables and collectibles booths
