When did NGC Start Using This Label?

That's their newest one, they've only had it for about a month I believe. The reverse hologram is a little older but not much.

I've never seen that one. My current submission will probably be getting that look though. Looks good. Plenty of room for a green or gold bean.

Haha. That is funny/sad/true. They've gone and planned ahead for the FPGs, and left room for a couple additional stickers. Throw a MAC on there, and you should probably put your own sticker too!

FWIW, I've used a P-Touch Label machine for many years, and one of the things I've noticed is that left-oriented printing allows for more wording over center-oriented printing.

Photoseal, CAC, PQ, Everest, and MAC - that would be an interesting combination to see. Now if only the first three did moderns; we could add a QA sticker. At what point do we put a huge sticker over the coin that says "trust us, it's great..."?

...how about a "SuperSize" or "Extra Fries" sticker? Or, maybe the Monopoly Mr. Moneybags (aka: Milburn Pennybags) stickers would be better for up-grade candidates....?

Screw buy the coin not the slab. Add an eagle eye sticker and I'd buy one just to use as an avatar!

There are some NGC 3-prong holders which I thought was nice.

Those are used for the Indian head quarter and half eagles because with the four prong holders one of the prongs would cover the mintmark.

Why do they use 4 prongs, when 3 will work fine?

I cant stand the prong holders they always overlap on the coin especially on the reverse.

I just recently saw those too, and assumed they were new. I just sent in 3 coins which will look great in details holders like those.
