Collection Manager error, clicked Custom

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question ,but , here goes. I have all of my NGC coins listed in collection manager. I "bulk added" 25 new coins and accidentally hit 'Custom Set". If I delete "Custom Set" will it delete all 25 coins from collection manager ( meaning I have to re-enter all 25 coins ) or will the coins remain listed in collection manager, just not as a Custom Set?
