New to NGC-NCS

Thank you for contacting us. As long as you are a paid Collectors Society member you will have access to submission forms. Once you are logged in to your account you will have access to submission forms for NGC and NCS. If you have specific questions regarding filling out the forms, give us a call and we can walk you through it.

If the spotting you are referring to is what they call "milk spots" it would not be advisable to submit the coin in for conservation. Milk spots can not be removed through the conservation process because they occur during the minting process of the coins. If another type of spotting has occurred on an NGC 70 graded coin, I would advise sending the coin through NGC's service for an Appearance Review.

 

The fee for 1 coin submitted to NCS for conservation would be 1% evaluation fee ($10 minimum) plus 4% conservation fee ($15 minimum). There are 2 other services for modern coins, 1970 to date, that have a 5 coin minimum. The fees for those modern coins would be $27 per coin (conservation and grading) valued $300 or less and $50 per coin (conservation and grading) valued $2000 or less.
